We work with a range of people one-on-one to provide tailored career advice and resources. Whether they are looking for their first job, in between jobs or wanting to take their career in a different direction.
We facilitate engaging, interactive programs to assist jobseekers in developing valuable skills so that they are better equipped to enter (or re-enter) the workforce. Programs are aimed at:
- working with disadvantaged, long-term unemployed youth to develop key workplace and life skills
- engaging with employees who are facing redundancy or retrenchment to assist them with transitioning into alternative employment.
Mas mentoring and networking
We provide support and guidance to individuals, particularly those who have been placed in an apprenticeship or traineeship.
In addition, businesses receive guidance and expert advice from our business consultants.
We also offer a free online mentoring program for businesswomen through Collective – an inclusive group for women in business. Founded in Tasmania and powered by Mas, Collective now operates in Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. Collective runs networking events which provide a platform for connecting and inspiring women in business from diverse backgrounds.
