TWE’s Bilyara Packaging Centre, located in the Barossa, is the company’s largest bottling operation in Australia, employing 250 people, operating four bottling lines, packaging 216 million bottles per year, and exporting to more than 100 countries around the world.

Industry Collaboration Award
Name of Collaboration: Murraylands Food Alliance (MFA) Jobs 4 Murraylands
Murraylands Food Alliance members were calling out for skilled and motivated local workers to help them grow their businesses. In response, RDA Murraylands and Riverland collaborated with the MFA to develop Jobs 4 Murraylands, an innovative pre-employment program for people looking for work in the food industry.
The accredited and non-accredited training is tailored to meet the needs of MFA businesses, and participants receive a gym membership to physically prepare them for work demands, along with receive intensive one-on-one mentoring to help them overcome any individual employment barriers. At the end of the program participants are connected directly with employers based on their aptitudes
