Industry Chief Technologist, DXC Technology Australia

Dino Rossi is an Industry Chief Technologist for DXC Technology. In this role he brings business, technology and innovation expertise to clients in the Government and Education industries. With 25+ years of experience having fulfilled responsibilities across Executive, Managerial and Technology roles, he combines business acumen and a strong technology background to foster innovative ways of “thinking” delivering solutions that achieve successful outcomes. He is responsible for the DXC Internship program and established the DXC Adelaide Young Professionals program which fosters the career development of 50+ up and coming DXC Technology professionals.

Dino is a member of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) and Chairs the South Australian (SA) Chapter of the AIIA National Education Special Interest Group. In this role he has directed the group towards increasing the contribution of industry in the education of SA children, through the delivery of a series of structured teacher professional development workshops supporting the delivery of an authentic learning experience in the classroom. He is the Chair of the Industry Advisory Board for the University of South Australia School of IT and Mathematical Sciences and recently fulfilled roles as Industry Practitioner in Resident and Adjunct Research Associate.

Anthony is the Executive Director, Industry & Government Engagement at Business SA, the State’s peak employer body, responsible for policy and advocacy as well as international trade. Through advocacy with all levels of government on behalf of the business community, he and his team strive to create the best and lowest cost operating environment, allowing South Australian businesses to grow, hire and create a vibrant economy.

Prior to Business SA, Anthony was Regional Manager South Australia for Qantas, responsible for all commercial activity in the state, as well as government and tourism relations. He has considerable commercial experience, having led sales teams across the airline and management roles in customer experience, operational and learning and development areas.

Anthony has a Bachelor if Sports Science and a Master of International Business and has lectured in Management, Organisational Behaviour and Business Communication at universities in Perth and Sydney.
